STOPPING::
                                To slow down or stop is easy .Lower the heel of
                                your back foot so the brake will touch the wheel
                                and stops it.

                                Step A:If your shoe requires additional
                                adjustments you have to change the position of
                                the front/rear foot-plate.
                                Step B:Remove protective cap, then lossen the
                                wheel nut with wrenches and slightly
                                tighten.Eventually the rear wheel with 3 hole
                                option.. If the adjustment on the back wheel not
                                be enough continue with the procedure on the 3
                                front holes.
                                Step C:Adjust the stop screws and the stop
                                strap.Make sure that they are well tightened to
                                your calf and fit your maximum personal comfort.

                                POLE USAGE:
                                The straps must be adjusted in a way, so that
                                your hand always holds the grip in the
                                middle.Lead your hand from side and from below
                                through the strap.Now pick up the strap bands
                                with thumb and other fingers and pull.

                                SAFETY TIPS:
                                Dirt Roller-Skate isnt Easy.Its great fun once
                                you get the hang of but like roller skating and
                                skateboarding.It can be dangerous.
                                Stay away from roads and crowed areas.
                                As an absolute minium we recommend you wear a
                                helmet,elbow pads and wrist guards.
                                We suggest also to use gloves and goggles to be
                                safe from pole accident.
